Delivery Policy

Royal-Mail Strike Action – 26th/29th August & 8th/9th September:

The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort, and deliver parcels and letters to take strike action on the above stated dates.

Post Offices will be open and offering the usual range of services on days when strike action is taking place – except for 26 and 27 August when the CWU has also called a strike in a small number of Post Office branches which may be closed. On all days of Royal Mail strike action, collections by Royal Mail from Post Offices will be limited. Customers should expect delays to items sent on strike days and on the days immediately after strike action.

During this time, though your order(s) will be processed and dispatched as usual, it may take longer than usual for your order to be delivered to you.

Royal Mail will endeavour to deliver as many Special Delivery and Tracked24 parcels as possible during this time.

Please kindly refrain from contacting our customer service team during the period of the strike action and use your tracking provided where possible.

If you are returning your order, please post them back to us in advance of these strike dates as possible to avoid delays with your refund. You can track your returns using the tracking number provided on your proof of postage receipt to check if and when your returns were delivered back to our returns department.

  • Our warehouse is currently open 5 days a week. We are closed at weekends. No orders are processed at weekends.
  • Once you have placed your order we will send you a confirmation email. 
  • Once your order is dispatched we will send you another email that will contain a tracking number and any other relevant shipping information.
  • You can log in to our website at any time to check your order status.



Most orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will normally be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail.  We do not offer a guaranteed same day dispatch service, however we will endeavour to dispatch the order within a few hours of placing it. 

Please note from time-to-time unexpected issues with deliveries can happen and our couriers do not guarantee a next working day delivery service, however the large majority of packages are delivered within 48 working hours to the UK mainland.  European delivery is typically made within 3-7 days. Other International zones can take longer, depending on destination.  Further information on these services can be found on the Royal Mail website here.

Orders received after 2pm on Friday and over weekends will be dispatched on the Monday (with the exception of Bank & Public Holidays).

Our delivery services are highlighted below : -

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery UK Next Day Before 1pm (includes Saturday) - £6.99 Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Before 1pm

Our Royal Mail Special Delivery service will be made the next day before 1pm providing that the order is placed Monday-Friday before 3pm.  For example, if you order on Friday before 3pm you can expect the item to arrive before 1pm on Saturday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday for delivery on Tuesday before 1pm.  Our next day service may not be available for certain customers in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. This is a guaranteed service so is covered by our money-back guarantee - if your parcel does not arrive in time we will refund your delivery costs.

  • Royal Mail International Delivery - £12 Royal Mail International DeliveryTEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DUE TO BREXIT

Our delivery service to the EU & Rest of World usually takes 5-20 working days. Please note that this is a flat rate up to 2kgs. The delivery time depends upon the delivery destination and service offered and may take slightly longer than stated above. Orders placed for delivery outside of the UK will be exempt of UK VAT (currently 20%) so this will be deducted at checkout.  Import duties & taxes may be charged for import to countries outside of the UK.  Before ordering please seek advice from your relevant government department for pricing and restriction information.

In no event shall we be liable for a penalty for any delay in delivery. Please notify Customer Services if any of the parcels are late, missing or damaged.
