Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! However, due to import restrictions, we may not be able to deliver to every country.  


The best way to confirm delivery availability is by entering your address at checkout. If a postal method is generated, we can ship to your country. If not, please reach out to us, and we'll help you find an alternative stockist closer to you.

Once you hit that order button, our fully automated dispatch system passes the order to our packing team who immediately prepare your items for dispatch. This means that your items arrive with you quickly, but it does make cancelling or amending your order very tricky.

 

Now we're not saying its impossible. Far from it! All we ask, is that you reach out to our customer services team immediately on 03337000550 and have your order number ready. Although our system is designed for speed, our customer support representatives will do their best to intervene and explore available options for you.

How do I know what size I need?

Getting the right size can be tricky, especially when shopping online. So our design team have put together a comprehensive size guide with step by step instructions to find your perfect fit. Please find that in our website footer, or on any of our product listings.

Still not sure? Don't worry!

If you still feel concerned that the size you're looking to order is not correct, we would recommend ordering one size larger and one size smaller along with it to try on at home. You can then return the 2 dresses that weren't quite right, we don't mind - really!

All we ask if that the dresses are returned in a resalable condition and that all tags are attached. 

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

You can check out without creating an account, but having one has its benefits!

With an account, you can track orders, save your address for future shopping, and view your order history.

However, if you prefer, you can always check out as a guest. 

How long will my order take?

The delivery time varies based on factors such as your country, chosen shipping method, and what time the order was placed. For more accurate information please refer to our delivery page, which can be found in the footer of our website.

What is Clearpay and how does it work?

Clearpay allows you to shop now and pay later, always interest-free*. With Clearpay, your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.

To sign up with Clearpay you need to:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and phone number
  • Use a UK bank payment card - Visa or Mastercard Debit or Credit Card
  • Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
  • Have a verifiable and valid IDBe living in the UK (England / Wales / Scotland & Northern Ireland) No UK territories or British Forces Post Offices addresses are allowed, No Isle of Mann or Isle or Jersey or Isle of Guernsey addresses are allowed

What is Klarna and how does it work?

With Klarna, you can split your purchases into 3 interest-free monthly payments. The first payment is made at the point of purchase, with the remaining payments scheduled automatically every 30 days. Your payments are automatically withdrawn from your connected card or bank account according to the agreed payment schedule, but you can make early payments anytime you wish

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed on Monday-Friday between 06:00 and 15:00 GMT will be shipped right away using your chosen delivery method. Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday, will be shipped on the next working day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been posted, you'll receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?

Once you place your order, our fast automated system swiftly prepares it for dispatch. This quick process ensures your items reach you promptly. However, please note that cancelling or modifying your order can be challenging due to this efficiency. 

While it's not impossible, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team right away at 03337000550 (available Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00 GMT) with your order number. Despite the system's speed, our customer care representatives will make every effort to assist you and explore available options. 

What is your returns policy?

We want your online shopping to be enjoyable. If you're not thrilled with your order, no worries!  

We offer a simple 28-day return policy. Just return the items with tags in their original condition, and we'll refund your payment method. Be careful with makeup, fake tan, and perfume when trying on, as we can't refund items in unsellable condition.  

Please note, return shipping costs are not covered by us.

How do I return my items?

Please securely package and seal the items you are looking to return and post the items via your chosen postal method to the address below:

We unfortunately no longer cover the cost of returning an item to us, but we do recommend sending the parcel both tracked and insured up to the full retail value of the order. We recommend doing so as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit, and in such instances claims must be made directly to your chosen courier. 

What do I do if my item is faulty?

Although rare, sometimes we do miss things.
