Take a look behind the scenes with us on our latest bridal photoshoot at the magnificent Double Tree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic. Built in 1900, this palatial and stately Victorian property sits in the heart of the stunning spa town of Harrogate, surrounded by eight acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. Inside the hotel is full of elegant chandeliers and striking fireplaces, with lots of light and airy space for our photoshoot or someone’s special day.
On the photoshoot day, we worked with some fantastic wedding suppliers from across the North including ‘Create a look’ wedding and event décor and styling, ‘Balloonatix which specialises in balloon decoration, and ‘Love Lights the Way’ beautiful lights to make your big day or event sparkle.
For this photoshoot, we created a selection of style boards to suit our new Anaya with Love and Maya dresses. We decided on a mix of light and airy rooms in the hotel, paired with our romantic, pastel-coloured Anaya dresses and delicate bridal props. We also captured some fantastic shots of our new, black Maya dresses on the checked dancefloor in the hotel.

“This shoot was one of my favourites we've ever done at Maya Deluxe. The team was all amazing from our fab models and make-up artists to the shoot assistants and venue staff. I treated it similarly to shooting a wedding when planning, and on the day made sure to capture lots of fun moments between the bride and her bridesmaids, and all the stunning dress details.”

The styling was my main focus - I chose to signify the classic elegance of Anaya with a muted and soft palette to compliment the new colours well. It was important to show a variety of shoe types and jewellery to suggest a range of ideas to inspire all types of customers. I definitely kept the styling simple so that it wasn’t distracting within the shoot but rather flattering against all of the dresses."
